Reminders for filling in online Application Form

1. To begin the filling in the online Application Form, parent of the applicant should register a login account with (i) your email, (ii) student’s full name and (iii) student’s identity document, for the sake of personal data privacy. With the link provided in the email, you may login and revisit the form which contains the information previously saved and edit the content before clicking “Confirm and Submit”.

2. Before filling in the online Application Form, please prepare the following
   (Remarks - Maximum file size: 5MB / Supported file type: PNG, JPG, PDF):
   
   (i)   Student photo (in school uniform)
   (ii)  Birth Certificate
   (iii) Baptismal Certificate (For Roman Catholic applicant only)

3. Deadline for Submission: By 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 17^th May, 2024

4. Information collected from an applicant will be used ONLY in relation to the application for admission. Such information will be disposed of at the conclusion of the admission exercise.  

填寫網上申請表須知

1. 為保障個人資料安全，在填寫網上申請表前，家長須以 (i) 電郵地址、(ii) 學生姓名及 (iii) 學生身份證明文件登記。閣下將收到確認申請之電子郵件，在按下「確認及遞交」鍵前，可在電子郵件中之連結登入及重設申請表上之資料。

2. 填寫網上申請表前，請先準備以下文件
   （註：最大檔案大小：5MB / 支援的檔案格式：PNG, JPG, PDF）：
   
   (i)    學生證件相（穿著校服）
   (ii)   學生出生證明文件
   (iii)  天主教領洗證明書（只適用於已領洗之天主教教友）

3. 網上報名截止日期：2024年5月17日（星期五）下午四時正或以前

4. 所有由申請人提交之資料只會用作入學申請之用，而資料將於完成所有入學程序後銷毀。
