Reminders for filling in online Application Form

1. To begin the filling in the online Application Form, parent of the applicant should register a login account with (i) your email, (ii) student’s full name and (iii) student’s identity document, for the sake of personal data privacy. With the link provided in the email, you may login and revisit the form which contains the information previously saved and edit the content before clicking “Confirm and Submit”.
   
   
2. Application Fee: HK$100 (to be submitted in cash on 19 May or 20 May, 2025 IN PERSON, non-refundable)
   
   
3. Deadline for Submission: By 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 16^th May, 2025
   
   
4. Information collected from an applicant will be used ONLY in relation to the application for admission. Such information will be disposed of at the conclusion of the admission exercise.

填寫網上申請表須知

1. 為保障個人資料安全，在填寫網上申請表前，家長須以 (i) 電郵地址、(ii) 學生姓名及 (iii) 學生身份證明文件登記。閣下將收到確認申請之電子郵件，在按下「確認及遞交」鍵前，可在電子郵件中之連結登入及重設申請表上之資料。
   
   
2. 報名費：港幣$100（於5月19日或5月20日親臨到校以現金繳付；一經繳交，恕不退還）
   
   
3. 網上報名截止日期：2025年5月16日（星期五）下午四時正
   
   
4. 所有由申請人提交之資料只會用作入學申請之用，而資料將於完成所有入學程序後銷毀。
